We tried to save the Bhadravati VISL factory
MP B Y Raghavendra has stated in Shimoga that efforts have been made to save the VISL MPM factories of Bhadravati which have reached the state of closure.
Speaking at the district BJP office in the city, he said, Bhadravati, the city of steel. VISL and MPM factories started by the Maharaja of Mysore are going to close down. He said that the central and state governments have made a lot of efforts to save it.
The VISL factory was written off by the state government to SAIL, which was run by the central government SAIL and suffered losses. In 2013, there was opposition to the privatization proposal during the UPA government. Our unfortunate and tragic event has come to a close. Although bids were called as part of the privatization process, no one has come so far. Efforts were made to save the VISL factory workers together.
We climbed every office step to save the factory. A lot of efforts have been made by our organization and the government to save the factory. The situation of factory closure is not limited to our factory.
